geared for growth- lots of growth! Sure, the company offers terrific commission splits (with no desk
fee or franchise fees) and all affiliates receive 1st class internet tools at low or no
cost. And yes, you'll be part of a larger network of like minded real estate professionals
(which is great for sharing ideas and learning new stuff). But another huge benefit for Connect
Realty affiliates is the opportunity to build a substantial residual and retirement income.
As a purely optional feature, with no additional cost or investment, Connect Realty.com shares gross revenues with those licensed affiliates who
sponsor brokers into the company. It doesn't matter what state the new broker resides
in, so long as Connect Realty.com is licensed in that state (we are licensed in 20 states as of October,
2008). As the introducing broker, you do not need any additional license, other than the license in
the state your reside. This means that, limited only by your effort and imagination,
you have the potential to become a "super" affiliate with brokers located all accross the
nation.
I like to think of this as a "Business within a Business"- only you don't have all the baggage and
headaches of overhead, administration, rent and utilities, or oversight responsibilities that the traditional
broker must bear. Sweet, eh?
Here's how this part of the business plan works: The company will pay you an overide
equal to 5% of all commissions generated by the brokers you recruit- defined as your first
generation. You can also earn 5% on all sales commissions generated 2 additional generations under
your first generation of brokers, or three generations altogether. Remember, those brokers can be
located in ANY state where the company is licensed to do business.
This handy dandy "Residual Income
Estimator" will help you better understand the residual
calculations. Once you have recruited 5 brokers direct to you, you qualify
for commissions on levels one and two. When you have 10 brokers direct to you, you will be paid
on three generations of brokers. The Residual Income
Estimator will give you an immediate idea of how a smart, hard working
broker can generate a substantial "walk away" income in a surprisingly short time. We already have
brokers earning 5 figure monthly NET income from this source alone- even in this challenging market.
It's almost impossible to enjoy this kind of time and financial freedom trying to slug it out
using the traditional real estate business model. Under that model, the moment you stop selling,
