I have created a search engine to make it very easy to find homes located in and around Portland that are either bank owned, or are in foreclosure and subject to short sale. Many are selling at reduced price levels- prices we have not seen for several years!

First off, you must register to use the foreclosure search engine so that you can be mailed notification as new listings are added, and as price changed occur. Just click on the "Register button" at the search engine.

This Distress Sale search engine is designed to return ONLY bank owned properties and properties in some stage of foreclosure or short sale.

After you register, start your foreclosure search by entering the city (or zip code) in the upper right portion of the webpage, then press enter.  The map will populate with the listings.  the video below teaches you how to get started. It's free for you, so take advantage.  It costs me a lot to make this a free service- but it's worth it.
